Choose from two ship method types:  $4.95 flat-rate "pick ups" or "home delivery."

When you select "Pick Up" as your ship method, Denver Pet Food.com will contact you to verify you understand the terms of this selection.  Your order will not ship until you verify your comprehension of the terms of this selection.  Terms are listed down below.

Home Delivery:  This ship method is subject to carrier calculated shipping costs. 

Raw Frozen Sales:

Orders containing raw frozen items are packed heavy with dry ice and will remain frozen during transit. Buyers assume ownership for the product upon delivery. Upon receiving the shipment, Buyer should immediately transfer the contents into a freezer.

All sales of raw frozen foods are final.

Returns:

Opened food items are not eligible for return.

Unopened food items except frozen items may be returned at the Buyer's expense.  However, final decisions about refunds for returned product will only be made after product is returned to Naturally Raw LLC.
