Choose from two ship method options:  FREE for "pick ups" or "home delivery."  Orders containing frozen items may only deliver to the appropriate destination on Thursday or Friday.

Home Delivery:  This ship method is subject to carrier calculated shipping costs. 

Raw Frozen Sales:

Orders containing raw frozen items are packed heavy with dry ice and will remain frozen during transit. Buyers assume ownership for the product upon delivery. Upon receiving the shipment, Buyer should immediately transfer the contents into a freezer.

All sales of raw frozen foods are final.

Returns:

Opened food items are not eligible for return.

Unopened food items except frozen items may be returned at the Buyer's expense.  However, final decisions about refunds for returned product will only be made after product is returned to Naturally Raw LLC.
